As the signature fundraising event for the American Heart Association, the Heart Walk promotes physical activity and heart-healthy living in a fun family environment. It's also the cornerstone event for the Association's Start! physical activity initiative, a "hometown celebration" for those who have worked hard to embrace healthier lifestyles. The Start! Heart Walk will create hope, inspire change and celebrate success for all participants who commit to fighting cardiovascular disease in their own lives.
