• The Grand Prize is a new 2006"Honda AquaTrax R-12X," with trailer and various accessories. Any warranty information is available through Steve Seltzer Honda. Approximate value is $16,000 including tax, tags, freight and set-up. Any upgrade is the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner, and arrangements must be made through Steve Seltzer Honda.
• 103 finalists will be chosen from WALY live broadcasts at sponsor locations, registration boxes at sponsor locations, on-air contests, and/or at WALY-Palooza, June7, 2008, at Del Grosso's Amusement Park.
• Following live "WALY-Palooza" broadcasts at various sponsor locations, ten finalists will be chosen from all entries received during the broadcast. Each finalist will be invited to WALY-Palooza June 7, 2008.
• Entrants must be present at WALY-Palooza to win.
• A total of 103 finalists will be chosen. Finalists will pick a duck from our duck pond; one will be the winner. At that time, the contest will be over.
• At WALY-Palooza on June 7, finalists will pick a random number from those provided to determine their place in line.
• Employees of Forever Broadcasting, Forever of Johnstown, Steve Seltzer Honda, Del Grosso Foods and Del Grosso Park, and any other WALY-Palooza Sponsor, and their families are not eligible to win. Any additional sponsors and their families are ineligible to win.
• Employees of all "WALY-Palooza Broadcast" participating sponsors are not eligible to register during live broadcasts at their place of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Pennsylvania Drivers license. Winner of the Aqua-Trax will be required to get a boater's license to use the AquaTrax.
• The grand prize has no cash equivalency. No alternate prize will be awarded.
• Only original, official registration forms will be accepted. No duplicate forms accepted.
• Registration forms must be filled out completely to win.
• Winners drawn from all valid entries received.
• Winners must meet all eligibility requirements at the time of the drawing. If winner is found non-eligible for any reason, at any time, an alternate winner will be drawn.
• Forever Broadcasting, Forever of PA and Steve Seltzer Honda reserve the right to alter and/or modify contest specifications any time during the contest without prior notice.
• From time to time WALY may run additional on-air contests that will register participants for the Grand Prize.
• All entries become the property of Forever Broadcasting Steve Seltzer Honda
• All judging decisions are final.
• In case of rain, an alternate date may be chosen.
• Participation constitutes implied consent to use participant's voice and likeness for promotional consideration.
• Forever Broadcasting reserves the right to disqualify any entrant.
• Forever Broadcasting reserves the right to change or modify the rules at any time.
• Winner of the Grand Prize is responsible for any additional applicable state, federal and local taxes, title, tags and transfer fees, and all insurance costs. Winner must sign a Certificate of Receipt, Eligibility and Release of responsibility which will indemnify and hold harmless Forever Broadcasting, Steve Seltzer Honda, and any other sponsors, their heirs and assigns, from any damages, real or perceived, by the winner in relation to these rules and regulations. Winner of the AquaTrax will receive an IRS 1099 tax form to account for winnings.
